Ana Marija Botteri Peruzović was born in Split, Croatia in 1971. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb under Prof. Đure Seder in 1993 and continued her art studies in Paris, Milan, Venice and Vienna. Besides painting, she works in stained glass and mosaics. Her paintings are part of the following collections: the Palace of the Archbishop in Split (portrait of Archbishop Ante Jurić), the York family in Washington (portrait of the actor Michael York), the Tuđman family (portrait of Dr. Franjo Tuđman) and the Ivanišević famiy (portrait of Goran Ivanišević).
